10. Tóm tắt các kết quả của luận văn:
Luận văn trình bày những vấn đề cơ bản về nâng cao chất lượng công tác PCCC đối với cơ sở chế biến khí đốt (LPG) thuộc Nhà máy lọc dầu Dung Quất, thực trạng thực hiện các yêu cầu về ban hành và niêm yết và tổ chức thực hiện nội quy an toàn, sơ đồ chỉ dẫn, biển cấm, biển báo, biển chỉ dẫn về PCCC và CNCH; về tuyên truyền, phổ biến pháp luật, kiến thức PCCC, huấn luyện nghiệp vụ và xây dựng phong trào quần chúng tham gia hoạt động PCCC đối với Nhà máy; về thành lập, quản lý và duy trì hoạt động của lực lượng PCCC tại Nhà máy; về hoạt động tự kiểm tra an toàn PCCC trong Nhà máy; về trang bị, kiểm tra, bảo quản, bảo dưỡng phương tiện PCCC tại Nhà máy; về xây dựng và thực tập PACC tại Nhà máy; về hồ sơ quản lý, theo dõi hoạt động PCCC, thống kê, báo cáo về PCCC; về phối hợp với các cơ quan, tổ chức về việc đảm bảo an toàn PCCC và CNCH tại Nhà máy.
Trên cơ sở phân tích lý luận, tổng hợp kết quả thống kê, tổng kết và khảo sát thực tiễn công tác PCCC tại Nhà máy lọc dầu Dung Quất trong những năm gần đây, tác giả luận văn đã làm rõ những kết quả đạt được và tồn tại, thiếu sót, bất cập của công tác PCCC tại nhà máy lọc dầu Dung Quất, đồng thời rút ra những nguyên nhân của những tồn tại, thiếu sót, bất cập đó. Trên cơ sở đó đã đưa ra 10 giải pháp cơ bản nhằm nâng cao chất lượng công tác PCCC tại cơ sở chế biến khí đốt hóa lỏng thuộc nhà máy lọc dầu Dung Quất trong đó nổi lên là: công tác tuyên truyền, phổ biến pháp luật, kiến thức PCCC, huấn luyện nghiệp vụ và xây dựng phong trào quần chúng tham gia hoạt động PCCC; công tác thành lập, quản lý và duy trì hoạt động của lực lượng PCCC cơ sở; công tác kiểm tra và tự kiểm tra an toàn PCCC tại Nhà máy; công tác trang bị, bảo quản, bảo dưỡng phương tiện PCCC; công tác xây dựng và thực tập phương án chữa cháy tại chỗ. Những giải pháp này phù hợp với thực tiễn công tác PCCC tại cơ sở chế biến khí đốt hóa lỏng thuộc Nhà máy lọc dầu Dung Quất trong giai đoạn hiện nay.
11. Khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tiễn:
Kết quả nghiên cứu của luận văn là cơ sở để giúp lãnh đạo Nhà máy lọc dầu Dung Quất áp dụng vào việc triển khai các giải pháp nâng cao chất lượng công tác PCCC đối với cơ sở chế biến khí đốt hóa lỏng thuộc Nhà máy lọc dầu Dung Quất tại tỉnh Quảng Ngãi và dùng làm tài liệu tham khảo trong quá trình nghiên cứu, học tập tại Trường Đại học PCCC.

Thesis presents basic issues of raising the quality of the fire prevention and fire fighting for the processing facilities of liquefied petroleum gas Dung Quat oil refinery, actual implementation of the requirements on the issuance and listing up and implementing safety rules, diagram instructions, signboards, billboards, signposts on fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue and salvage; the propagation and dissemination of law, knowledge of fire prevention and fighting, professional training and build mass movements engaged in fire prevention and fighting for the Dung Quat oil refinery; on the establishment, management and maintenance activities of the defense forces fire at Dung Quat oil refinery; self-test operation of fire safety and firefighting in the Dung Quat oil refinery; of equipment, inspection, maintenance, maintenance of fire prevention and fighting in the Dung Quat oil refinery; construction and fire-fighting drills at the Dung Quat oil refinery; about records management, monitoring activity of fire prevention, fire fighting, statistics and reports on fire prevention and fighting; in coordination with other agencies and organizations for ensuring fire safety, fire fighting and rescue and salvage at Dung Quat oil refinery.
