Warm greetings from Hanoi, Vietnam to all of you!
We are honored in Forum 8 (online) to have been trusted by all of you to organize Forum 9 in Vietnam 2023. Agreed by Tokyo University of Science and 2 universities: Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (HUCE) and University of Fire Prevention and Fighting (UFPF), we are pleased to announce that:
The Ninth Seminar (9th Forum ) of the “FORUM for Advanced Fire Education/Research in Asia” 2023 co-organized by HUCE and UFPF (Vietnam) will be held on:
Nov. 23 (Thursday) and Nov. 24 (Friday) , 2023 in Hanoi, Vietnam

We are very honored to have you take part in this Seminar and to exchange your opinions and ideas with us.
In order to organize the Forum well, we ask that you send us the following information (as soon as possible):
– Confirm your organization’s (university’s) Forum 9 participation
– Number of people who will attend and personal information (as attached form)
– You will have a presentation in the Forum (if so, we hope you send the abstracts and articles as specified in the Call of paper).
– Estimated number of days you will be in Vietnam
– Do you have any suggestions about asking us to book a hotel, airport shuttle?
